I love the western European culture. I’ve been to Spain and France a couple of times and love both. Everything is so laid back and people don’t rush around the way that they do in America. I felt like it wasn’t about getting to the destination, it was about how you got there. Plus I love to take naps and I love love love siestas!

I am fascinated with the fact that we don't choose the
country/culture that we're born into.
Many people are biologically related to their families, can trace
their roots back to a small town in Mexico or Austria, and see
relatives that look like them. They develop affinities for
cultures "popular" for young Americans, (e.g. China, Spain,
England, Italy, France, Japan).
But what if you explored the world w/out prejudice what would draw
you in?
For me, I've got a clear idea of the country/language that speaks
to me. At times, I feel more of this culture than my own....
