This Blog is part of a Lesson. Take this Lesson now >>Tricky Words

" I" is the pronoun used when I (personally) do something. "Me" is used when something is done to me or for me. In other words, I is the doer and me is the receiver.

EXAMPLES:

* He has done a lot for your and me.

* I've made a lot of mistakes in my life, but none were as big as that.

DyleneDylene

He has done a lot for you and me.

Jim, above in your first sentence you used te pronoum YOUR. Did

you intended to write you and me?

Please let us know.

Thank you in advance.

But how to explain the phrase : You and me ??? Or we should say : You and I ??? I don't know which one is correct. I often hear the former one in most of the English songs ;))
